Terms and Conditions
 This service is at present available in lucknow region only.
The standard quantity of cake is 500grams.
The time for delivery of cake would be between 8 am to 12.30am.
The time of reaching the first barrier point i.e. Security cabin, entrance gate,
society entrance, township premises, etc. whichever comes first will be taken into consideration. Payment terms and conditions will be as per the payment gateway norms,
kindly refer the terms and conditions of the payment gateway before, making payments.

Orders placed till 8.00pm will be taken into consideration starting from
midnight of previous day. For third-party gift orders, it would be sender's liability for any kind of issues
arising due to midnight deliveries and midnightbakers.com does not hold any responsibility for any discomfort arising to the third party. The services are subject to availability.

No refunds will be entertained once payment is completed and order
has been accepted by us. All Legal Disputes will subjected to jurisdiction of lucknow courts only.
The delivery will be considered to be completed under below conditions:

No recipient found at the provided address.
Place of delivery is locked.
Receiver does not agree to accept.
